      摘 要:程序性死亡配体-1(programmed death ligand 1,PD-L1),又称B7-H1,是免疫反应中极其重要的协同刺激分子。PD-L1在心、肝、肾、肺等多个器官上皮细胞和内皮细胞中广泛表达,肿瘤发生时机体内的肿瘤微环境会使得浸润性T细胞高表达程序性死亡-1受体(programmed death-1,PD-1),同时肿瘤细胞中PD-L1的编导上调,与PD-1受体相结合,导致肿瘤微环境中PD-1/PD-L1通路持续开放,进而导致T细胞凋亡,肿瘤细胞则逃脱机体的免疫监视,发生肿瘤免疫逃逸。肿瘤浸润淋巴细胞(tumor infiltrating lymphocytes,TIL)被认为是反应宿主对抗实体肿瘤的主要免疫机制。全文就PD-L1和TIL的表达与妇科肿瘤预后相关性进行综述。

      Abstract:Programmed death ligand 1(PD-L1) is an extremely important costimulatory molecule in the immune response. PD-L1 is widely expressed in epithelial cells and endothelial cells of many organs such as heart,liver,kidney and lung. The tumor microenvironment in tumorigenesis causes invasive T cells to express PD-1,at the same time,the up-regulation of PD-L1 in tumor cells combined with PD-1 receptor leads to the continuous activation of the PD-1/PD-L1 pathway in the tumor microenvironment,resulting in T cell apoptosis. Tumor cells escape from the immune surveillance and tumor immune escape occurs. Tumor infiltrating lymphocytes(TIL) are considered as the main immune mechanism of the host against solid tumors. This article reviews the relationship of the PD-L1 and TIL expression with the prognosis of gynecologic tumors.
