| 摘 要： 近年来随着外科技术的发展，直肠癌治疗的手术方式日趋繁多，术后解剖改变情况复杂，选择合理或最佳的影像学检查对直肠癌患者进行术后评估尤为重要。全文就接受不同手术方式的直肠癌患者术后随访、并发症及肿瘤复发的影像学特点及检查方法选择进行综述。 |

| Abstract：With the development of surgical techniques，there are variety of operative modalities and approaches for rectal cancer treatment，resulting in the complex anatomical alterations after surgery，so it is important to chose reasonable and properly radiographic examinations for the postoperative follow up of colorectal cancer patients. This article reviews the radiographic characteristics in the postoperative patients with rectal cancer，and summarizes the optimal imaging examination for patients’ follow up. |
