| 摘 要：长链非编码RNA-PVT1（lncRNA PVT1）作为一种重要的致癌性非编码RNA在多种恶性肿瘤呈现高表达并提示不良预后，其通过影响肿瘤细胞的增殖、迁移、侵袭和凋亡促进肿瘤的发生发展。目前大量的研究表明lncRNA PVT1在多种肿瘤中具有致癌活性或驱动作用，比如以竞争性内源RNA或作为“分子海绵”负性调控肿瘤相关miRNA的表达促进肿瘤发生等，因此，基于lncRNA PVT1在肿瘤发病中的关键作用，进一步的深入研究有望为恶性肿瘤提供新的治疗靶点。 |

| Abstract：LncRNA PVT1 is an important carcinogenic long non-coding RNA，and the high expression of lncRNA PVT1 in malignant tumors suggests a poor prognosis. LncRNA PVT1 can promote the tumorigenesis and development of cancers by affecting cell proliferation，migration，invasion and apoptosis. Accumulating evidence has indicated that lncRNA PVT1，as a competing endogenous RNA or a molecular sponge，negatively modulates miRNA expression to promote the cancer development. Based on the critical role of lncRNA PVT1 in the pathogenesis of cancers，further study would provide a novel therapeutic target for various cancers in the future. |
