| 摘 要：鼻咽癌是头颈肿瘤的独特亚型，有较高的淋巴结转移倾向，放疗是其主要的根治手段，NCCN指南推荐适形调强放疗（intensity-modulated radiotherapy，IMRT）或放化疗综合治疗为鼻咽癌的标准治疗。对于未达到影像诊断淋巴结阳性标准的N0期患者，其最佳治疗模式尚存在争议。近年随着医学影像学、放疗技术、新药物及发病分子机制研究的进步，鼻咽癌诊疗体系较过去有所更新，全文就N0期患者的治疗方式及疗效等进行综述。 |

| Abstract：Nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC) is a unique subtype of head and neck cancer，with high tendency to spread to regional lymph nodes and radiation therapy have been the main curative treatment. The NCCN guidelines recommend intensity-modulated radiotherapy and chemoradiotherapy as the standard treatment for nasopharyngeal carcinoma. The optimal treatment mode for N0-stage patients who did not reach the diagnostic criteria for imaging diagnosis of lymph nodes are still controversial. In recent years，with the progress of medical image science，radiotherapy techniques，new drugs and molecular mechanism of pathogenesis，the diagnosis and treatment system of nasopharyngeal carcinoma has been updated. This article reviews the treatment methods and curative effects of N0-stage patients. |
