      摘 要:[目的] 探讨血管生成拟态(vasculogenic mimicry,VM)与血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)在子宫内膜癌(endometrial carcinoma,EC)中的相关关系,评价两者对EC患者术后生存之间的影响。[方法] 选取197例经病理确诊为EC的患者,采用Speaman相关分析VM和VEGF蛋白表达的相关关系,Kaplan-Meier单因素分析和Cox风险比例模型分析VM及VEGF蛋白对EC患者术后生存的影响。[结果] EC患者中VM和VEGF阳性表达呈正相关(r=0.293,P=0.000)。VM和VEGF阳性表达患者5年总体生存率分别为66.67%和79.10%,低于VM 阴性和VEGF阴性患者的95.80%和95.24%(P均<0.05)。Cox风险比例模型结果显示手术病理分期、组织学分级、淋巴结转移、VM阳性和VEGF阳性表达是影响EC预后的独立因素。[结论] 联合检测VM、VEGF对EC患者预后判断有重要意义,两者可能作为评估EC预后的参考指标。

      Abstract:[Objective] To investigate the relationship of vasculogenic mimicry(VM) and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) with the prognosis of patients with endometrial carcinoma(EC). [Methods] One hundred and ninety seven patients with EC were included in the study. The correlation of VM with VEGF expression was analyzed by Speaman correlation analysis. The relationship of VM and VEGF expression with clinicopathological features and prognosis of EC patients was examined by Kaplan-Meier analysis and Cox risk ratio model. [Results] The VM was positively correlated with VEGF expression in EC patients(r=0.293,P=0.000). Kaplan-Meier univariate analysis showed that the 5-year overall survival rates of VM-positive and VEGF-positive patients were 66.67% and 79.10% respectively,which were lower than those in VM negative and VEGF negative patients(95.80% and 95.24%;P<0.05). Cox multivariate analysis showed that surgical-pathological stage,histological grade,lymph node metastasis,VM positive and VEGF positive were independent factors influencing EC prognosis. [Conclusion] Combined detection of VM and VEGF can be used to evaluate the prognosis of EC patients.
