摘 要: 作为癌症研究的热点,世界各国的研究者致力于将免疫治疗应用到抗肿瘤治疗的研究中。过去数十年,关于其机制以及机体在肿瘤中相关的免疫反应调节通路取得突破性进展。但是关于如何有效评价疗效,是否有相关的生物标志,免疫耐受的产生以及缺乏可客观评价疗效的临床试验仍是亟待解决的问题,需要更多深入研究予以解答。 |

Abstract:Immunotherapy is an active area in cancer research. Many scientists and doctors around the world are investigating new ways of immunotherapy to treat cancer. The research breakthroughs have enhanced our understanding of the mechanisms and pathways regulating the immune response to cancer. However,despite these advances,obstacles still exist for the field of cancer immunotherapy. These include the inability to predict treatment efficacy and patient response,the need for additional biomarkers,the development of resistance to cancer immunotherapy,the lack of clinical study designs that are optimized to determine efficacy. Future advances in cancer immunotherapy are expected to overcome and resolve many of these challenges. |
