| 摘 要：随着现代放射治疗技术的不断发展，放疗在恶性肿瘤治疗中的地位日益显著，已成为不可或缺的一环。三维适形放疗(three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy，3DCRT)，调强放疗（intensity-modulated radiotherapy，IMRT）、容积旋转调强放疗（volumetric-modulated arc therapy，VMAT）等放疗新技术在临床中得到应用广泛。全文综述新型放疗技术—螺旋断层放疗（helical tomotherapy）在全身各系统肿瘤放射治疗过程中优势、缺点及相关临床应用进展。 |

| Abstract：In recent years，the radiotherapy has become a crucial part in cancer treatment. Three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy，intensity-modulated radiotherapy and volumetric-modulated arc therapy are commonly applied in cancer radiotherapy. This article reviews the progress of a novel radiotherapy modality-the helical tomotherapy and its clinical application for treatment of cancers in different system and sites；the advantages and disadvantages of helical tomotherapy are also discussed in the article. |
