摘 要:[目的] 系统评价长链非编码RNA MALATA1表达与乳腺癌临床病理特征及预后间的相关性。[方法] 计算机检索The Cochrane Library、PubMed、EMbase、万方、中国知网及维普数据库,检索时限均从建库至2016年12月,按纳入与排除标准筛选文献、提取资料并评价纳入研究的质量后,运用RevMan5.2及stata12.0软件进行Meta分析,应用比值比(odds ratio,OR)或风险比(hazard ratio,HR)及95%可信区间(confidence interval,CI)来评价结局指标,并进行发表偏倚评估及敏感性分析。[结果] 共纳入5项病例研究,共计1002例患者。Meta分析结果显示:MALAT1表达与乳腺癌患者年龄、肿瘤大小、ER、HER-2等激素受体状态及TNM分期无明显相关性(P均>0.05),但与淋巴转移(OR=1.82,95%CI:1.29~2.55,P=0.0006)、患者术后无进展生存期(HR=0.75,95%CI:0.64~0.89,P=0.001)相关。[结论] MALAT1表达与乳腺癌患者淋巴转移密切相关,有可能作为判断乳腺癌患者预后的重要分子标志物之一。 |

Abstract:[Objective] To systematically review the relationship between MALAT1 expression and clinicopathological features and prognostic significance of breast carcinoma.[Methods] Databases including The Cochrane Library,PubMed,EMbase,CNKI,VIP,and WanFang were searched from their inception to December,2016 for studies that reported the association between protein expression of MALAT1 and clinicopathological features of breast carcinoma. The data were screened according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria;odds ratio(OR) or hazard ratio(HRs) with 95% confidence intervals(95%CI) were used to evaluate the outcomes. Meta-analysis was performed using RevMan 5.2 software and STATA 12.0. Publication bias and sensitivity analysis were also assessed. [Results] Five clinical studies involving 1002 patients were qualified for this Meta-analysis. Results showed that the expression of MALAT1 was significantly correlated with lymph metastasis(OR=1.82,95%CI:1.29~2.55,P=0.0006) and shorter progression free survival(HR=0.75,95%CI:0.64~0.89,P=0.001). No statistical significant differences were identified between MALAT1 expression and other clinical features. [Conclusions] MALAT1 expression is significantly correlated with lymph metastasis of breast carcinoma. LncRNA MALAT1 might be a potential novel prognostic biomarker for breast carcinoma. |
