| 摘 要：多发性骨髓瘤(MM)是一种以骨髓中单克隆浆细胞大量增生为特征的、近乎无法治愈的血液系统恶性疾病。近十余年来，随着新药的不断涌现，MM的治疗取得了重大进展，但复发/难治性MM患者的治疗仍面临巨大挑战。近年来，CAR-T细胞疗法迅速发展，最先用于B细胞恶性肿瘤，并取得优异的成果。关于CAR-T治疗MM的研究也逐渐增多，CAR-T治疗MM虽处于早期发展阶段，但潜力无穷。全文重点介绍了CAR-T治疗MM的研究进展。 |

| Abstract：Multiple myeloma(MM) is a nearly incurable hematologic malignancy，with proliferating of monoclonal plasma cells in the bone marrow. Despite considerable new drugs and the improvement in treatment response over the past decade，outcome of relapsed/refractory MM remains a great challenge. CAR-T(chimeric antigen receptor-T cell) therapy has developed rapidly in recent years，which was first used in B cell tumors，and has achieved encouraging results. Researches on CAR-T therapy for MM are gradually increasing，and CAR-T therapy for MM is still at the early stage，it may bring promising result in the future. The progress of CAR-T therapy in multiple myeloma is discussed in this article. |
