摘 要:表达Tie2的单核巨噬细胞(Tie2 expressing monocyte/macrophages,TEMs)是肿瘤相关巨噬细胞的重要亚群,存在于外周血、实体肿瘤等组织中。在肿瘤免疫抑制微环境中,TEMs能促进肿瘤生长、转移和复发,是肿瘤预后不良的新的指标,其作用机制主要通过促进血管生成、调节血管重塑、增加微血管密度、促进肿瘤微血管的形成;同时还可以抑制T细胞增殖、促进Treg的浸润、抑制抗肿瘤免疫应答。Ang-Tie2介导的Rheb/mTOR/p70S6K1信号通路是TEMs在肿瘤免疫微环境中促进肿瘤微血管生成的作用机制,对该细胞及相关通路的干预将成为新的肿瘤治疗靶点和策略。 |

Abstract:Recent studies have shown that Tie2 expressing monocytes/ macrophages(TEMs) are important subgroups of tumor-associated macrophages and exist in peripheral blood,solid tumors,and other tissues. In tumor immunosuppressive microenvironment,TEMs can promote tumor growth,metastasis and recurrence,which is a new index of poor prognosis. The mechanism of action is mainly through promoting angiogenesis,regulating vascular remodeling,increasing microvessel density and promoting tumor microvessel formation. It also can inhibit T cell proliferation,promote Treg infiltration,inhibition of anti-tumor immune response. Ang-Tie2-mediated Rheb/mTOR/p70S6K1 signaling pathway is the mechanism of TEMs promoting tumor microvascular production in tumor immune microenvironment. Intervention of TEMs and related pathway will be a new target and strategy of cancer therapy. |
