摘 要:化疗是治疗膀胱癌的重要手段,但是随着化疗的进行,肿瘤细胞往往对单药或多药化疗产生耐药,严重影响患者的预后。近年来研究表明,膀胱癌耐药性的产生受肿瘤微环境中多种信号分子的调节,上皮-间充质转化 (epithelial-mesenchymal transition,EMT)在其中发挥着关键性作用,多种分子通过不同的信号通路参与到EMT介导的膀胱癌耐药机制中。全文就EMT相关耐药机制进行探讨,旨在为EMT介导的耐药膀胱癌患者寻找新的治疗策略。 |

Abstract:Chemotherapy plays an important role in the treatment of bladder cancer. However,the use of chemotherapeuticsmore than often leads to development of resistance in cancer cells to single- or multi-drug therapy,which seriously affects the prognosis of patients.Recent studies show that chemoresistance is regulated by varioustypes of signaling molecules in the tumor microenvironment,and that epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT) plays a crucial part in this process. Different types of molecules can participate in EMT-induced chemoresistance via different signaling pathways. In this review,the mechanisms of EMT-relatedchemoresistancewere identified in attempt to formulate new therapeutic strategies for bladder cancer patients who have developed chemoresistance. |
