摘 要:磁共振成像(magnetic resonance imaging,MRI)是目前诊断腮腺肿瘤的最重要影像技术之一,但常规MRI检查技术对腮腺肿瘤定性诊断有时仍较困难。MRI新技术逐渐应用于腮腺肿瘤性病变的研究及临床,其中动态增强磁共振成像(DCE-MRI)是近年来快速发展的在分子水平反映组织微血管分布和血流灌注情况的一种功能性成像方法。该技术通过相关参数可半定量、定量地反映组织血流动力学信息,具有高空间分辨率和时间分辨率、无放射性且操作相对简单,尤其是近些年以其完全无创的特性在评价脑血管病、脑肿瘤等病变的诊断、治疗及预后等方面显示了其独特的优势,而在腮腺疾病评估中的应用尚处于探索阶段。随着MR软件硬件技术的不断发展,磁共振灌注成像在使得其在腮腺肿瘤的定性诊断中优势较明显。 |

Abstract: Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is one of the most important current imaging technique in diagnosis of parotid tumors,conventional MRI examination technology for qualitative diagnosis of parotid tumors sometimes is still difficult. Therefore,clinical research and new MRI technology has been gradually applied to the parotid gland tumors,including contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging (DCE-MRI) is a functional imaging method to reflect the microvessel distribution and blood perfusion at the molecular level of development fast in recent years. The technology through the relevant parameters can be semi quantitative and quantitative tissue response to hemodynamic information and the high spatial and temporal resolution with non radioactive and relatively simple operation,especially in recent years with no invasive characteristics in the evaluation of cerebral vascular disease,brain tumors and other lesions in the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of shows its unique advantages,and application in the evaluation of parotid disease is still in the exploratory stage. With the development of MR software and hardware technology,magnetic resonance perfusion imaging has obvious advantages in the qualitative diagnosis of parotid tumors. |
