摘 要:多梳基因家族是由多种转录抑制子构成的调节基因,它主要和细胞周期及增殖有关。多梳基因Bmi-1在调节干细胞分裂和增殖等方面起着重要作用。目前发现Bmi-1基因在多种腹部肿瘤中高表达,可通过干扰Bmi-1基因表达抑制腹部肿瘤细胞增殖,Bmi-1可能成为腹部肿瘤生物治疗的新靶点。全文就Bmi-1在腹部肿瘤中的研究进展进行综述。 |

Abstract:The comb gene family is a group of regulatory genes consisting of a variety of transcription inhibitors,mainly related to cell cycle and proliferation. Bmi-1 is one of the genes that play an important role in regulating stem cell division and proliferation. Bmi-1 gene is highly expressed in many abdominal tumors. This means that the proliferation of abdominal tumor cells can be inhibited if the expression of Bmi-1 gene is interfered with. Therefore,Bmi-1 may be a new target for biotherapy of abdominal tumor. Studies on Bmi-1 gene in abdominal tumors were summarized in this article. |
