| 摘 要：［目的］分析LncRNA AK093987在弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤（diffuse large B-cell lymphoma，DLBCL）患者组织标本中的表达，探讨LncRNA AK093987的表达与临床预后的相关性。［方法 ］ 收集临床资料完整的65例弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤和28例淋巴结反应性增生（reactive lymphoid hyperplasia，RH）组织标本，利用实时荧光定量PCR方法检测组织标本中LncRNA AK093987的表达，分析LncRNA AK093987表达水平与DLBCL患者临床病理特征及预后的关系。［结果］与RH组（1.819±0.165）比较，LncRNA AK093987在DLBCL组（8.026±0.357）中的表达明显升高（P<0.001）；LncRNA AK093987的表达与肿瘤大小、临床分期、B症状、化疗敏感性及IPI指数相关（P均<0.05）；LncRNA AK093987高表达的患者无进展生存时间及总生存时间明显短于LncRNA AK093987低表达者（P<0.001）。单因素及Cox回归分析显示，LncRNA AK093987表达、化疗敏感性和国际IPI指数是影响DLBCL患者预后的独立因素。［结论］ LncRNA AK093987在DLBCL中高表达，LncRNA AK093987可能成为DLBCL独立的预后肿瘤标志物。 |

| Abstract：［Objective］ To investigate the expression of lncRNA AK093987 in diffuse large B cell Lumphoma(DLBCL) and to analyze its clinical significance. ［Methods］ The clinical data of 65 cases with diffuse large B cell lymphoma and 28 cases of lymph node reactive hyperplasia(RH) were reviewed. The expression of lncRNA AK093987 in DLBCL tissue and RH lymph nodes was detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR(fqRT-PCR)，and the relationship of lncRNA AK093987 expression with clinicpathological features and prognosis of patients was analyzed. ［Results］ Compared with RH group(1.819±0.165)，the expression of lncRNA AK093987 was high in DLBCL（8.026±0.357，P<0.001）. The expression of lncRNA AK093987 was significantly correlated with tumor size，clinical stage，B symptoms，chemosensitivity and International Prognostic Index(IPI) scores(all P<0.05). The survival time of patients with high expression of lncRNA AK093987 was significantly shorter than that of those with low expression. Multivariate Cox analyses revealed that LncRNA AK093987，chemosensitivity and IPI score were independent predictive factor for DLBCL prognosis. ［Conclusion］ The expression of LncRNA AK093987 is associated with the clinicopathological features and the prognosis of patients with DLBCL. |
