| 摘 要：［目的］ 探讨口腔鳞状细胞癌（OSCC）样本中MMP-3和αvβ6的表达情况及其临床意义。［方法］ 对80例临床诊断为口腔鳞状细胞癌患者的样本进行免疫组化和免疫荧光共定位检测MMP-3和αvβ6的表达。应用Fisher确切概率法评价临床病理参数与MMP-3和αvβ6的表达水平的关系。应用Spearman相关分析验证MMP-3和αvβ6之间的相关性。Kaplan-Meier曲线和Log-rank检测生存分析。［结果］ 与不典型增生组织相比，MMP-3和αvβ6在口腔鳞状细胞癌呈强表达，特别是在肿瘤侵袭的边缘。MMP-3阴性表达组（79.59%）和αvβ6阴性表达组（88.15%）的5年生存率明显优于MMP-3阳性表达组（31.45%）和αvβ6阳性表达组（42.82%），且MMP-3和αvβ6表达之间存在相关性（r=0.5983）。 ［结论］ MMP-3、αvβ6表达增加与口腔鳞状细胞癌不利的临床预后因素和生存率的降低相关。 |

| Abstract：［Objective］ To investigate the expression of MMP-3 and αvβ6 in oral squamous cell carcinoma（OSCC)，and the relation to prognosis of patients. ［Methods］ The expression of MMP-3 and αvβ6 was detected in tissue specimens from 80 patients with OSCC by immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence co-localization method. The relationship between the expression of MMP-3 and αvβ6 and clinicopathological parameters was evaluated by Fisher exact test. The association between MMP-3 and αvβ6 expression was analyzed with spearman rank correlation. The survival analysis was detected by Kaplan-Meier curve and the Log-rank test.［Results］ Compared with atypical hyperplasia tissue，MMP-3 and αvβ6 were strongly expressed in OSCC，especially at the edge of tumor invasion. The 5 year-survival rates in MMP-3 negative group(79.59%) and αvβ6 negative group(88.15%) were significantly higher than those in MMP-3 positive group(31.45%) and αvβ6 positive group(42.82%) . The expression of MMP-3 was significantly correlated with αvβ6(r=0.59833，P<0.001). ［Conclusion］ The upregulation of MMP-3 and αvβ6 expression in OSCC is related to the unfavorable clinical prognosis of patietns. |
