| 摘 要：［目的］ 回顾性分析食管癌根治术后局部区域复发患者行挽救性放化疗的疗效。［方法］ 26例根治术后局部区域复发的患者接受挽救性放化疗。中位放疗剂量60 Gy（50~70Gy），同步周剂量紫杉醇(50mg/m2)联合顺铂(25mg/m2)化疗。［结果］ 全组患者中位随访时间16个月，5例仍存活的患者中位随访期25个月。1、2年生存率分别为53.8%及19.2%，中位生存时间13个月。≥3级毒性反应主要为白细胞减少(26.9%)、食管炎(23.1%)及恶心(19.2%)。［结论］ 食管癌术后局部区域复发行同步放化疗安全有效，可明显延长部分患者的生存期。 |

| Abstract：［Objective］ To assess the efficacy of salvage chemoradiation therapy (CRT) for locoregional recurrence (LR) of esophageal cancer after curative surgery. ［Methods］ Twenty-six patients with esophageal cancer，who received salvage CRT for LR after curative surgery，were included in the analysis. Median dose of radiation therapy was 60Gy（50~70Gy），combined with concurrent weekly administration of paclitaxel (50mg/m2) and cisplatin (25mg/m2). ［Results］ Median follow-up time was 16 months for all patients and 25 months for 5 surviving patients. The 1- and 2-year survival was 53.8% and 19.2%，respectively. Median overall survival time was 13 months. Grade 3 or higher toxicity was leukopenia(26.9%)，esophagitis(23.1%) and nausea(19.2%). ［Conclusion］ Salvage CRT for LR after surgery in patients with esophageal cancer was safe and effective，which may offer long-term survival for some patients. |
