| 摘 要：［目的］ 评估辽宁省建平地区肝癌筛查效果，为肝癌疾病防治提供依据和建议。［方法］ 对适龄人群（35～74岁）进行流行病学问卷及血液检测，筛选出肝癌高危人群进行超声检查。［结果］ 7338高危人群进入超声检查，共筛查出肝占位性病变56例 (0.76%)，肝硬化262例(3.57%)，正常者4837例（65.92%）和脂肪肝等其他诊断者2183例（29.75%）。［结论］ 规范性超声筛查肝癌的诊断效能高，是有效的筛查技术方案。 |

| Abstract：［Objective］ To evaluate the effectiveness of screening for liver cancer in Jianping county of Liaoning province. ［Methods］ Epidemiological survey and blood testing were carried out among people aged 35~74 in Jianping county，and the identified high-risk population for liver cancer were further examined with ultrasonography. ［Results］ Total 7338 participants with high-risk underwent ultrasound screening，56 cases(0.76%) of apace-occupying liver lesions，262 cases (3.57%) of liver cirrhosis，2183 cases of other liver diseases(29.75%) were detected. Among 56 cases of space-occupying lesions，37 cases of liver cancer were finally diagnosed. ［Conclusion］ It is effective to detect liver cancer and other liver diseases in screening by using ultrasonogrphy. |
