摘 要:肿瘤细胞中表达的程序性死亡配体(PD-L1)是新兴的生物标志物,它在抗肿瘤免疫治疗中具有非常重要的作用。程序性死亡受体1(programmed cell death-1,PD-1)与其配体PD-L1属于CD28/B7家族,是一对共刺激分子,具有负性调控作用。最新研究发现,PD-L1 与PD-1的异常表达与多种癌症的发生、侵袭、转移相关。全文就PD-1/PD-L1生物学作用以及其在甲状腺癌的发生、发展中的机制研究进展、PD-1/PD-L1信号通路抑制剂及其未来在甲状腺癌靶向治疗应用前景进行综述。 |

Abstract:Programmed cell death-ligand 1(PD-L1) expressed in tumor cells is a emerging biomarker,playing a pivotal role in anti-tumor immunotherapy. Programmed cell death-1(PD-1)and its ligand PD-L1,belonging to CD28/B7 family,are a pair of costimulatory molecules with function to negative regulate immune response to tumor. The latest studies have found that the abnomal expression of PD-L1 and PD-1 is associated with the occurrence,invasion,and metastasis of various malignant tumors. In this paper,we reviewed the biological function of PD-1/PD-L1 and its mechanism in the occurrence and progression of thyroid carcinoma,with a special focus on PD-1/PD-L1 signaling pathway inhibitor and its application in thyroid cancer targeted therapy in the future. |
