| 摘 要：［目的］ 分析良性及中间型骨纤维类肿瘤的影像细节征象，以提高诊断准确率。［方法］ 回顾性分析31例经手术病理证实或活检穿刺证实的的良性(纤维性骨皮质缺损6例、非骨化性纤维瘤11例)及中间型（良性纤维组织细胞瘤8例、骨韧带样纤维瘤6例）骨纤维类肿瘤的影像学表现特征。［结果］ 良性纤维类骨肿瘤表现为膨胀性骨质破坏，边界清楚，有硬化边（13/17），无骨膜反应及骨旁软组织肿块；中间型纤维类骨肿瘤骨质破坏区无硬化边（9/14），可有骨旁软组织肿块（5/14）及少量骨膜反应（3/14）；良性及中间型无骨化纤维类肿瘤可以有残留的骨嵴但没有骨化，可有少量钙化（2/31）。［结论］ 良性及中间型纤维类骨肿瘤影像学征象能间接反映其病理组织学特点，多种影像学方法的联合应用能够提高鉴别诊断能力。 |

| Abstract：［Objective］ To analyze the imaging features of benign and intermediate type fibrous tumors of bone and to improve the ability of differential diagnosis with other non-ossifying bone tumors. ［Methods］ The imaging characteristics of 31 cases with benign (fibrous cortical defect of bone in 6 cases，nonossifying fibroma in 11 cases) and intermediate type (benign fibrous histiocytoma in 8 cases，desmopolastic fibroma of bone in 6 cases) bone fibrous tumor confirmed by pathology were retrospectively analyzed.［Results］ Benign fibrous bone tumors showed swelling of bone destruction，clear boundary，sclerotic margin，(13/17)，no tissue mass and periosteal reaction；Intermediate fibrous bone tumor showed no sclerotic margin (9/14)，tissue mass（5/14）and periosteal reaction（3/14）. Benign and intermediate ossification of fibrous tumors can show the residual bone crest but without ossification，and may be with a small amount of calcification （2/31）. ［Conclusion］ The imaging features of benign and intermediate fibrous bone tumors can reflect the histopathological features indirectly. The combination of multiple imaging methods can improve the differential diagnosis ability. |
