Abstract:Radiation induced heart disease is a common complication of thoracic radiotherapy. Its mechanism includes mitochondrial damage,capillary damage,inflammation and fibrosis. Physical features of radiation,combination of drugs use and heart-lung interaction are important influencing factors clinically. This article proposes some potential interventions based on these influencing factors. |
