| 摘 要：乳腺癌是一类与激素密切相关，且具有高度异质性的恶性肿瘤。目前主要根据其激素受体、Her-2、Ki-67等状态进行分子分型，不同分子亚型的无病生存期、复发转移率、总生存期及对化疗和内分泌治疗的敏感性均不相同。根据分子分型制定个体化的治疗方案，在乳腺癌的治疗中已取得初步成效。全文就建立在分子分型基础上的乳腺癌治疗新进展作一综述。 |

| Abstract：Breast cancer is highly heterogeneous malignancies，closely related to the hormone. The breast cancer can be divided into various subtypes according to its HR，Her-2 and Ki-67 status，with the different disease-free survival，recurrence rate，overall survival and sensitivity to the chemotherapy. Individual therapeutic strategies can be made based on the molecular subtypes，which have achieved preliminary progress in the treatment of breast cancer. This article reviews the progression of the treatment of the breast cancer based on the molecular subtypes. |
