| 摘 要：［目的］ 探讨缺氧诱导因子-1α蛋白(HIF-1α)在乳腺癌中的表达情况及其与乳腺癌临床特征和预后的关系。［方法］ 选择56例女性原发性乳腺癌患者的癌组织标本。采用免疫组化法检测癌组织中HIF-1α蛋白的表达状况，分析HIF-1α蛋白表达与各临床特征以及乳腺癌预后的相关性。［结果］ HIF-1α蛋白在乳腺癌组织中的阳性表达率（73.2%）及高表达率（41.1%）均明显高于乳腺良性肿瘤组织（P＜0.05）。HIF-1α蛋白表达与乳腺癌淋巴结转移、病理学分期及组织学分级有关（P＜0.05）。乳腺癌组织中HIF-1α高表达病例5年存活率为29.2%，明显低于HIF-1α低表达病例（81.2%）（P=0.000）。HIF-1α蛋白与Her-2蛋白同时阳性组的患者预后最差（P<0.0001）。 ［结论］ 乳腺癌组织中HIF-1α的高表达与预后差、生存期短有关，HIF-1α的高表达是乳腺癌的危险因素，有助于判断肿瘤的侵袭性和转移能力。HIF-1α蛋白与Her-2蛋白均为乳腺癌的影响因素，在乳腺癌的进展中可能具有协同作用。 |

| Abstract：［Objective］ To investigate the expression of HIF-1α in breast cancer and its relationship with clinical features and prognosis of breast cancer.［Methods］ The 56 cases of cancer tissue specimens were selected from women with primary breast cancer. The expression level of HIF-1α protein was detected by immunohistochemistry method. The relationship between HIF-1α protein and clinical features were analyzed. ［Results］ The positive rate(73.2%) and high expression rate(41.1%) of HIF-1α protein expression in breast cancer were significantly higher than those in benign breast tumor group(P＜0.05). The expression of HIF-1α protein was correlated with lymph node status，pathobiology stage and histological class（P＜0.05）. The 5-year survival rate of breast cancer patients in the high expression of HIF-1α was 29.2%，significantly lower than that in the low expression of HIF-1α group(81.2%) (P=0.000). HIF-1α protein and Her-2 protein both positive were correlated with the worst prognosis(P<0.0001). ［Conclusions］ The high expression of HIF-1α might be associated with poor prognosis and short survival in breast cancer patients significantly. The high expression of HIF-1α is a risk factor for breast cancer，and may be helpful to determine the invasion and metastasis ability of tumor. |
