| 摘 要：膜联蛋白A7(Annexin A7)是一个Ca2+依赖磷脂结合蛋白多基因家族的成员。既往研究表明Annexin A7亚细胞水平异常杂合性缺失与多种肿瘤的发生、发展、转移以及侵袭相关。Annexin A7在胶质母细胞瘤、黑色素瘤以及前列腺癌的发病过程中似乎起到肿瘤抑制作用；但是Annexin A7在肝癌、胃癌、鼻咽癌、结直肠癌和乳腺癌中似乎促进恶性肿瘤发展，但是其确切作用仍存在争议。文章将就Annexin A7与消化系统恶性肿瘤之间的关系及其作用机制进行总结和讨论，探讨其作为评价某些肿瘤的诊断、治疗和预后生物标志物的潜在价值。 |

| Abstract：Annexin A7 is a member of the multigene annexin superfamily of Ca2+-regulated and phospholipids-binding proteins. Previous studies have shown that the deregulation，loss of heterozygosity and subcellular localization of Annexin A7 are associated with the occurrence，invasion，metastasis and progression of a variety of cancers. It seems that there is a tumor-suppression role of Annexin A7 in carcinogenesis of glioblastoma，melanoma and prostate cancer. However，it appears to promote the development of liver cancer，gastric cancer，nasopharyngeal carcinoma，colorectal cancer and breast cancer. The association between Annexin A7 and digestive system cancers and their mechanisms are summarized，and its potential role as a biomarker for the diagnosis，treatment and prognosis of digestive system cancers is investigated. |
