摘要：随着低剂量螺旋CT临床应用的开展，如何灵活应用低剂量螺旋CT影像技术手段，已成为临床工作的研究重点。本文总结了低剂量螺旋CT降低辐射剂量的常见方法及原理，并就低剂量螺旋CT的主要临床应用进行了阐述。

Abstract：With the development of low-dose spiral CT，how to use the imaging technology of low-dose spiral CT in a flexible way become focus of clinical work. This article summarizes the common methods and principles of how to reduce the radiation dose，and expounds the main clinical applications of the low-dose spiral CT.
