| 摘 要：放射性肺损伤是胸部肿瘤放射治疗中的常见并发症，如若不能控制早期放射性肺炎进展，将会进一步出现不可逆转的放射性肺纤维化，严重影响患者生活质量，最终导致呼吸衰竭乃至死亡。本文就目前放射性肺损伤发生机制的研究进展作一综述。 |

| Abstract：Radiation pneumonitis and subsequent unreversed radiation pulmonary fibrosis are two main complications in thoracic tumor radiotherapy，which limits the therapeutic ratio and complicate the quality of life of long-term survivors. In this article，we review the current understanding of mechanisms of radiation-induced lung injure. |
