| 摘 要：目前，“前列腺穿刺活检”作为前列腺癌诊断的金标准，主要通过“经会阴”与“经直肠”两种路径进行。以上两种穿刺路径均长期应用于临床，但孰优孰劣一直存在争议。文章结合前列腺穿刺路径方面最新的研究结果，针对两种路径各自特点进行综述。 |

| Abstract：Ultrasound guided prostate biopsy has been identified as the golden standard for the diagnosis of prostate cancer . Ultrasound guided transperineal prostate biopsy(TPBx) and ultrasound guided transrectal prostate biopsy(TRBx) are the two primary routes to obtain prostate tissues. The two routes are both widely accepted. However，which one is superior is still controversial. The character of each route based on the recent researches are summarized. |
