| Abstract：We often encounter pancreatic tumor invasion vessels in clinic. In order to deal with resection an reconstruction of vessels in pancreaticoduodenectomy，we demonstrate on the necessity of combined resection，preoperative imaging assessment，surgical indications for combined resection and technology of combined vascular resection and reconstruction in this review. |
