| 摘 要：［目的］ 探讨IGF-１R在非小细胞肺癌（non-small cell lung cancer，NSCLC）中的表达及其临床意义。［方法］ 用免疫组织化学染色检测IGF-１R在147例NSCLC组织和40例癌旁组织中的表达，并分析其表达与临床病理特征及预后之间的关系。［结果］ IGF-１R在NSCLC组织中的阳性表达率为48.3%（71/147），高于癌旁肺组织中的表达（7.5%，3/40），两者差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。IGF-１R的阳性表达与肿瘤大小、临床分期及淋巴结转移有关（P<0.05）；而与患者年龄、性别、吸烟、组织学类型和组织学分级均无关。经Kaplan-Meier生存分析，IGF-１R阳性表达者比阴性表达者生存期短（P<0.05）。多因素COX比例风险模型分析显示，淋巴结转移状态（P<0.05）是影响NSCLC预后的独立危险因素。［结论］ IGF-１R异常表达可能与NSCLC的发生发展和预后关系密切，有望成为评估NSCLC预后的有效指标。 |

| Abstract：［Purpose］To investigate the expression of IGF-１R in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and its clinical significance. ［Methods］ The immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of IGF-１R in 147 cases of NSCLC tissues and 40 cases of cancer adjacent tissues，and its relationship with clinicopathological features and prognosis was analyzed. ［Results］ The positive expression rate of IGF-１R in NSCLC was 48.3%(71/147)，which was higher than that in adjacent tissues(7.5%，3/40)，with significant difference between them(P<0.05). The positive expression of IGF-１R was related to tumor size，clinical stage and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05)，but not related to age，gender，smoking，histological type and histological grade. The results of Kaplan-Meier survival analysis indicated that positive expression of IGF-１R was associated with worse survival(P<0.05). COX’s proportional hazards model showed that lymph node metastasis was an independent risk factor for prognosis of NSCLC patients. ［Conclusion］The abnormal expression of IGF-１R might be closely related to the initiation，development and progression of NSCLC. It was probable to evaluate the prognosis of NSCLC with expression of IGF-１R. |
