| 摘 要：［目的］ 观察深刺盆底穴位治疗腹腔肿瘤术后尿潴留的临床疗效。［方法］ 将66例腹腔肿瘤术后尿潴留患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，各33例，分别采用深刺法和传统针法治疗，疗程均为20d，观察针刺后自行排尿情况。［结果］ 治疗组有效率为96.96%，对照组有效率为81.81%，治疗组有效率明显高于对照组(P＜0．05)。［结论］ 深刺盆底穴位治疗盆腔肿瘤术后尿潴留疗效确切，可以显著提高治愈率。 |

| Abstract：［Purpose］ To observe the effect of therapy for acupuncture points deeply in patients of uroschesis after surgery in abdominal tumor. ［Methods］ A total of 66 cases were divided into two groups randomly.The treatment group received points acupuncture deeply at pelvis，and the control group received traditional Chinese acupuncture. Urinate ability self-control was observed after 20 days of treatment.［Results］ Effective rate in treatment group was 96.96%，while in the control group it was 81.81%(P<0.05).［Conclusion］ The therapy of points acupuncture deeply at pelvis can promote the effective rate of urosechesis after surgery in abdominal cavity tumor obviously. |
