      摘 要:[目的] 探讨神经纤维瘤基因 (NF1)和转录因子Twist在不同胃组织中的表达状态及意义。[方法] 应用免疫组织化学的方法检测NF1和Twist在87例胃癌组织、42例正常胃组织中的表达,比较两者的相关性。[结果] NF1在正常胃组织中阳性率10.3%,胃癌组织中为64.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Twist在正常胃组织中阳性率5.0%,胃癌组织中为68.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。胃癌组织中NF1与Twist的表达具有负相关性(P<0.01)。NF1高表达组5年生存率明显高于低表达组(52.1% vs 17.6%);Twist高表达组5年生存率显著低于低表达组(17.9% vs 47.8%)。[结论] Twist蛋白在胃癌组织中高表达,NF1蛋白低表达,它们的表达水平与胃癌患者的预后相关。

      Abstract:[Purpose] To investigate the expressions of neurofibromatosis gene(NF1) and Twist in various gastric tissues and their significance. [Methods] Immunohistochemical method was used to detect NF1 and Twist expressions in 87 cases with gastric carcinoma and 42 cases of normal gastric tissues,and the correlation of the two proteins was analyzed.[Results] The positive expression rate of NF1 was 10.3% in normal gastric tissues,and 64.3% in gastric cancer tissues,with significant difference(P<0.05). The positive expression rate of Twist was 5.0% in normal gastric tissues,and 68.6% in gastric cancer tissues,with significant difference(P<0.01). Negative correlation was found between the two proteins’ expressions in gastric cancer(P<0.01).The 5-year survival rate in NF1 high expression group was higher than that in NF1 low expression group(52.1% vs 17.6%),and the 5-year survival rate in Twist high expression group was lower than that in Twist low expression group(17.9% vs 47.8%). [Conclusion] Twist is high expression and NF1 is low expression in gastric cancer,and their expressions are related with prognosis of the patients.
