摘 要:[目的] 探讨蛋白质检测技术在乳腺导管内癌患者诊断中的应用价值。[方法] 用SELDI-TOF-MS技术及配套蛋白质芯片检测40例乳腺导管内癌患者及40名健康者的血清蛋白质指纹图谱,建立诊断模型。[结果] 3个蛋白质峰(质/荷比分别为4487.9、6468.1和7575.1)组合构建的诊断模型可鉴别乳腺导管内癌患者和健康者,灵敏度为92.50%(37/40),特异性为90.00%(36/40),阳性预测值为90.24%(37/41),阴性预测值为92.30%(36/39),准确率为91.25%(73/80)。[结论] SELDI-TOF-MS在乳腺导管内乳头状癌诊断尤其是早期诊断以及候选标志物筛选等方面具有一定价值,值得进一步深入研究。 |

Abstract:[Purpose] To investigate the application of protein detection technology on diagnosis for breast ductal carcinoma in situ.[Methods] Serum protein fingerprints in 40 cases of breast ductal carcinoma and 40 cases of healthy person were detected by SELDI-TOF-MS protein microarray technology,and diagnostic model was established.[Results] Diagnostic model constructed by three protein peaks[m/z:4487.9,6468.1 and 7575.1] could be identified in intraductal carcinoma patients and healthy persons. The sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value,negative predictive value and accuracy rate were 92.50%(37/40),90.00%(36/40),90.24%(37/41),92.30%(36/39) and 91.25%(73/80)respectively.[Conclusion] SELDI-TOF-MS might play an important role in diagnosis for breast ductal carcinoma in situ,especially in the early diagnosis and candidate biomarkers screening. It is worthy of further study. |
