| 摘 要：FOXO1 是FOXO 家族的成员之一，作为转录因子，其通过翻译后修饰等方式调节下游靶基因转录，参与氧化应激、凋亡、DNA损伤修复、细胞周期阻滞等生物学过程，与肿瘤的发生发展关系十分密切。目前研究表明FOXO1 是一种抑癌基因，在多种类型肿瘤中表达下调，本文就FOXO1 在各种肿瘤中作用的研究进展进行综述。 |

| Abstract：FOXO1 gene is a transcription factor，which is a member of FOX family. It plays an important role in multiple biological processes such as oxidative stress，apoptosis，DNA damage repair，cell cycle arrest，et al. It is closely associated with tumorigenesis. Recent studies have shown that FOXO1 is a tumor suppressor，which down-regulates in many tumors. This review focuses on the research progress of FOXO1 in different kinds of carcinomas. |
