| 摘 要：双膦酸盐类药物（BPs）在恶性肿瘤的治疗中发挥着越来越重要的作用。文章对BPs在防治骨转移、预防及推迟骨相关事件发生、防治肿瘤治疗相关性骨丢失（CTIBL）及其直接和间接抗肿瘤作用等方面文献进行综述，以提高对BPs在恶性肿瘤治疗中作用的认识。 |

| Abstract：Bisphosphonates (BPs) play an important role in the treatment for malignant tumors. In this paper，recent relevant literatures about the prevention and treatment of bone metastases，prevention and delay of bone-related incident，prevention of cancer treatment-related bone loss (CTIBL) and its direct and indirect anti-tumor effects of BPs are reviewed in order to improve the awareness of the role of BPs in malignant tumors treatment. |
