| 摘 要：宫颈癌发病率位居女性常见恶性肿瘤第2位，全球最常见恶性肿瘤第5位。超过35%的宫颈癌诊断时已达局部晚期，即Ⅰb2~Ⅱb期，5年总生存率约为60%。在欧洲、亚洲及拉丁美洲一些国家，新辅助化疗联合根治性手术已成为一线治疗方案。新辅助化疗作为一项新的治疗方法，其具体治疗方案、适应证及疗效评价仍需进一步研究。本文将针对局部晚期宫颈癌新辅助化疗的目的、方案、适应证、疗效等方面进行综述。 |

| Abstract：Cervical cancer is the second most common cancer in women，the fifth most common malignancy in the world. It is estimated that over 35% of tumors are at locally advanced stage(stageⅠb2~Ⅱb) when diagnosed with an estimated 5-year overall survival of 60%.Neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with radical surgery is the first line treatment in some countries of Europe，Asia and Latin America.Neoadjuvant chemotherapy as a new treatment，the specific procedure，indications and therapeutic evaluation needs to be studied further. This article summarizes from the principle，methods，indications，efficacy of neoadjuvant chemotherapy in the treatment for locally advanced cervical cancer. |
