| 摘 要：近年来由于诊断技术及水平的不断提高，原发性胃淋巴瘤的确诊率日益升高。由于其与胃部其他恶性病变发展、治疗、预后等方面具有一定差异，因此早期、准确地诊断极为重要。文章主要介绍原发性胃淋巴瘤的影像学诊断方法及临床应用价值。 |

| Abstract：With the techniques of imaging diagnosis rapidly improved over the past years， the diagnostic accuracy of primary gastric lymphoma(PGL) has been greatly improved. Timely and accurate diagnosis is of great importance for primary gastric lymphoma as it is different significantly from other gastric malignancies. The aim of this article is to introduce the imaging methods and clinical application value of primary gastric lymphoma. |
