| Abstract：The Bcl-2 family proteins play an important role in carcinogenesis，and influence the radiochemosensitivity of cancer. Recent research indicates that Bcl-w plays an important role in carcinogenesis of bladder cancer. The downstream effect and upstream regulation of Bcl-w in cancer are reviewed in this article. |
