      摘 要:[目的] 检测靶向药物的靶点蛋白在三阴性乳腺癌中的表达。[方法] 采用免疫组织化学方法检测VEGF、p53、MMP-9、MMP-2、PKC-α、Bcl-2、CD117、BRCA1、COX-2蛋白在34例三阴性乳腺癌中的表达。[结果] 9种蛋白均有不同程度的表达,VEGF、p53和MMP-9阳性表达率97.1%、70.6%和73.5%,且表达量均较高。VEGF蛋白与MMP-9蛋白表达呈正相关(r=0.387,P=0.024),p53蛋白与MMP-2蛋白表达呈正相关(r=0.536,P=0.001)。基底细胞样乳腺癌Bcl-2蛋白表达量和阳性率均高于非基底细胞样乳腺癌 (P<0.05)。[结论] VEGF、p53和MMP-9蛋白可能是三阴性乳腺癌靶向治疗的潜在靶点,且在三阴性乳腺癌的发生发展过程中具有协同作用。

      Abstract: [Purpose] To investigate the expressions of target proteins for targeted therapy in triple negative breast cancer(TNBC). [Methods] The expressions of VEGF,p53,MMP-9,MMP-2,PKC-α,Bcl-2,CD117,BRCA1 and COX-2 in 34 cases with TNBC were detected immunohistochemically.[Results] There were varying degree expressions of the 9 proteins in TNBC. The positive expression rates of VEGF,p53 and MMP-9 were 97.1%,70.6% and 73.5% respectively,all with high expression levels. There was positive correlation in protein expression between VEGF and MMP-9(r= 0.387,P=0.024),or between p53 and MMP-2(r=0.536,P=0.001). Bcl-2 protein expression rate and expression level were significantly higher in basal-like breast cancer than those in non-basal-like breast cancer(P<0.05).[Conclusion] VEGF,p53 and MMP-9 might be potential targets for target therapy of TNBC,and they might have synergistic effect on carcinogenesis of TNBC.
