| 摘 要：肠功能不全又称肠功能障碍，不但包括肠道消化吸收障碍，也包括肠道黏膜屏障功能障碍。它是晚期肿瘤患者常出现的一种病理过程。正确地认识肠功能不全、合理治疗，在肿瘤患者的营养支持治疗中极其关键。本文就肠功能不全的概念、肿瘤患者肠功能不全的特点及治疗作一综述。 |

| Abstract：Intestinal dysfunction not only includes intestinal disorder of digestion and absorption，also includes the gut mucosal barrier dysfunction. It is a pathological process that advanced cancer patients often have. The correct understanding of intestinal function is very important in nutritional support therapy of cancer patients. The definition，pathogen and therapy of intestinal dysfunction are reviewed． |
