| 摘 要：［目的］ 探讨注射用薏苡仁油（康莱特）在晚期非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）患者化疗中的作用。［方法］ 126例接受紫杉醇联合顺铂方案化疗的晚期NSCLC患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，各63例，治疗组在化疗期间每日给予注射用薏苡仁油200ml辅助治疗，对照组为单纯化疗组。比较两组患者的血象及临床症状改变情况，并观察两组患者的治疗有效率、中位生存期及1年生存率。［结果］ 治疗组和对照组的治疗有效率分别为42.9%和33.3%，中位生存期和1年生存率分别为10.6个月和8.2个月、45.1%和33.6%（P＜0.05）。治疗组Ⅲ/Ⅳ度白细胞下降比例为19.0％，较对照组（33.3%）明显降低（P＜0.05）。［结论］ 注射用薏苡仁油在晚期NSCLC化疗中作为支持治疗有明显的协同增效作用，可改善晚期患者的生存质量，延长生存时间。 |

| Abstract：［Purpose］ To investigate the effect of coix oil injection(Kanglaite) in the treatment for advanced non small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) patients who received chemotherapy. ［Methods］ A total of 126 patients with advanced NSCLC were received paclitzxel and cisplatin chemotherapy，and they were randomly divided into treatment group and control group，each 63 cases.The patients in treatment group were given the coix seed oil injection 200ml for adjuvant therapy daily during the therapy，and the control group received chemotherapy only.The treatment efficiency rate，median survival and 1 year survival rate were observed.The hemogram and clinical symptoms change of two groups were compared.［Results］ The treatment efficiency rates of treatment group and control group were 42．９％ and 33．３％ respectively. The median survival and 1 year survival rate were 10.6 months and 8.2 months，45.1% and 33．６％(P<０．０５).The Ⅲ/Ⅳ grade leukocyte decline rates were 19.0% and 33.3% respectively in treatment group and control group(P<0.05). ［Conclusion］ The application of coix seed oil injection in advanced NSCLC chemotherapy has obvious synergistic effect，which can improve the living quality of advanced NSCLC patients，and prolong the survival time. |
