| Abstract：In this review，it mainly summarize the pattern of pelvic lymph node metastasis of cervical cancer，preoperative evaluation methods of lymph node metastasis，and discusse the related factors influencing the pelvic lymph node metastasis，and provide guidance for individual surgical treatment for cervical cancer early stage. |
