      摘 要:FoxO3a是叉头基因(Forkhead)转录因子家族的一个重要成员,在抑制肿瘤发生发展、细胞周期调控、DNA损伤修复、细胞增殖凋亡及应激反应中发挥重要作用,并参与调节干细胞的保持和分化。FoxO3a作为抑癌基因,其激动剂与化疗药物联合应用可提高肿瘤细胞药物敏感性。文章就FoxO3a在肿瘤治疗中的作用作一综述,旨在揭示靶向FoxO3a对于肿瘤治疗的潜在意义。

      Abstract:Forkhead box O(FoxO) 3a,one of the FoxO family members,is critical for the regulation of cell cycle arrest,cell death,and DNA damage repair. Recently,there are also reports on the role of FoxO3a in the control of stem cell properties of cancer stem cells(CSCs). With the role of tumor suppressor gene,it has been demonstrated to be therapeutic targets in various cancers by mediating the cytostatic and cytotoxic effects of chemotherapeutic drugs. Furthermore,drugs that activate FoxO3a can be used in combination with other therapeutic agents for sensitizing tumor cells. In this paper,the role of FoxO3a in cancer therapy and the potential effect of target FoxO3a for cancer treatment is revealed.
