      摘 要:恶性肿瘤通过高度活跃的有氧糖酵解消耗大量葡萄糖,在此过程中Na+依赖性单糖转运体1(SGLT1)是肿瘤细胞主动获得大量葡萄糖的重要转运方式,对维持恶性肿瘤细胞的存活至关重要,完全阻断SGLT1可使肿瘤细胞发生自噬性死亡。因此,SGLT1与癌细胞的葡萄糖代谢与转运,及肿瘤的发生发展密切相关,也显现了预测疗效和评估预后的临床价值,是治疗恶性肿瘤潜在的新靶点。

      Abstract:Malignant tumor consumes large amounts of glucose through highly reactive glycolysis,in which process sodium-dependent glucose transporter(SGLT1) is an important transport mode for cancer cells to get a large number of glucose,as well as maintains their survival. Completely blocking of SGLT1 may induce autophagic programmed cell death of tumor cells. Therefore,SGLT1 is closely related to the glucose metabolism and transport in cancer cells,and so to the carcinogenesis and development of malignant tumors,it also shows a clinical significance to the evaluation of treatment effect and prognosis. For these reasons,SGLT1 might be a new target for malignant tumors therapy.
