| 摘 要：Annexins家族是钙依赖性磷脂结合蛋白，可以分为A、B、C、D和E 5组。它们结构上表现为同源相似性的钙依赖性磷脂结合蛋白，含有一个C端核心区域和一个可变 N端结构域，前者可与膜相关磷脂结合，后者决定了不同 Annexins蛋白的特性。Annexins家族成员参与抗凝血、抗炎、出胞、入胞作用、信号转导、细胞增殖、分化和凋亡等多种生理活动，并与多种恶性肿瘤的发生、发展、浸润及转移密切相关，为肿瘤早期诊断、治疗及预后判断提供线索。 |

| Abstract：Annexins are calcium-dependent phospholipid binding protein，which divide into A，B，C，D and E groups. The structure shows the homology of calcium-dependent on phospholipid binding protein，which contains a C side core region and a variable structure of n-terminal domains. The former can associate with the membrane phospholipids，and the latter determines the different features of Annexin proteins. Annexin members participate in anticoagulant，anti-inflammatory，out of the cell，the cell function，signal transduction，cell proliferation，differentiation and apoptosis and other physiological activities. Annexins closely relates to malignant tumors in carcinogenesis，development，invasion and metastasis，and can provide clues for tumor early diagnosis，treatment and prognosis judgement. |
