| 摘 要：侵袭和转移是恶性肿瘤治疗的一大难点。WAVE3可以促进细胞伪足的形成，介导肌动蛋白细胞骨架细胞的重组以增加肿瘤的迁移和侵袭。现就WAVE3在肿瘤侵袭和转移中的作用机制及与肿瘤的相关性的研究进展进行综述。 |

| Abstract：Invasion and metastasis of malignant tumor was a major difficulty to cancer treatment. WAVE3 may increase cancer invasion and metastasis by promoting the formation of lamellipodia and mediating the reorganization of actin-cytoskeleton. In this article，the mechanism of WAVE3 on cancer invasion and metastasis and the correlatian of WAVE3 to cancer are reviewed. |
