| Abstract：Invasion and metastasis of malignant tumor was a major difficulty to cancer treatment. WAVE3 may increase cancer invasion and metastasis by promoting the formation of lamellipodia and mediating the reorganization of actin-cytoskeleton. In this article，the mechanism of WAVE3 on cancer invasion and metastasis and the correlatian of WAVE3 to cancer are reviewed. |
