| 摘 要：促性腺激素释放激素类似物(GnRHa)可以通过抑制下丘脑—垂体—性腺轴间接抑制卵巢癌的发生发展，也可以通过癌细胞表达的GnRHR介导，直接抑制癌细胞的增殖、诱导凋亡等。GnRHa还可以运用对肿瘤细胞的靶效应，作为载体连接上细胞毒性药物，可以提高细胞毒性药物的功效、降低不良反应。因此，GnRHa对部分顽固性复发性卵巢癌有一定疗效。文章主要对GnRHa在上皮性卵巢癌治疗中的应用进行综述。 |

| Abstract：Gonadotropin releasing hormone analogues (GnRHa) inhibit the development of ovarian cancer through hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis. They could also inhibit the proliferation and induce the apoptosis of cancer cells when combine with GnRH receptors on ovarian carcinoma cells. In addition，GnRHa could serve as a carrier for cytotoxic agents，improving the efficiency of cytotoxic agents and reducing the toxicities .Therefore，treatment with GnRHa might become a valuable strategy for recurrent and refractory ovarian cancer patients. |
