| 摘 要:早期乳腺癌大分割放疗近期受到较多关注。乳腺大分割放疗可大大缩短治疗时间，给患者及放射治疗实施者带来方便并提高患者肿瘤的局部控制率，同时心脏和肺等危及器官的受量也是安全的。文章就早期乳腺癌大分割放疗的放射物理学理论基础、疗效、美容效果、不良反应及放射治疗技术作一综述。 |

| Abstract:Hypofractionation in the treatment for patierts with early breast cancer is being paid much more attention. Hypofractionation has potential benefits of the overall shorter treatment time including greater convenience to patients and improving local control.Organs at risk such as heart and lung are safe.The radiological physics theory, therapeutic effect，cosmetic results，toxicities of organs at risk and radiotherapy technique of hypofractionated radiotherapy for early breast cancer were reviewed. |
