摘要：结缔组织生长因子(CTGF)是CCN家族分泌蛋白成员之一，通过多种机制参与肿瘤的发生发展、浸润转移、血管生成等过程。全文就近年来CTGF在肿瘤发生发展中的作用，及其在胃癌中的研究进展作一简要综述。

英文摘要:

Abstract: Connective tissue growth factor (CTGF) belongs to the CCN family of immediate early response genes. Several lines of evidence suggest that CTGF involves in the mechanisms of tumorigenesis and progress，invasion，metastasis and angiogenesis. This article highlights the influence of CTGF in tumorigenesis and progress，and illustrates the recent progress in gastric cancer.
