| Abstract: Connective tissue growth factor (CTGF) belongs to the CCN family of immediate early response genes. Several lines of evidence suggest that CTGF involves in the mechanisms of tumorigenesis and progress，invasion，metastasis and angiogenesis. This article highlights the influence of CTGF in tumorigenesis and progress，and illustrates the recent progress in gastric cancer. |
