| 摘 要：回顾人类宫颈组织的黏蛋白表达情况，及黏蛋白与宫颈腺上皮肿瘤性病变发生、发展的关系，提示黏蛋白在宫颈肿瘤的异常表达可以作为鉴别宫颈腺上皮良性病变、癌前与恶性病变的标志物，这对肿瘤的早期诊断及预后具有重要的意义。全文就黏蛋白的生物学功能、在宫颈腺上皮肿瘤性病变中的表达，及其与宫颈腺上皮肿瘤性病变关系的研究进展作一综述。 |

| Abstract: The expression of mucin (MUC) in human cervical tissues and the relationship between MUC and cervical glandular neoplastic lesions are reviewed and investigated，which indicates that abnormal expression of MUC in cervical tumors might be a marker to differentiate benign，premalignant and malignant lesions. MUC might play an important role in early diagnosis and prognosis for the tumors. This article reviews biological function of MUC，expression in cervical glandular neoplastic lesions and the relationship between MUC and cervical glandular neoplastic lesions. |
