| 摘 要： 脑胶质瘤的治疗一直是临床医学的一大难题，单一的治疗方法并不能取得令人满意的治疗效果。尽管单纯放疗技术的发展已经达到了较高水平，其规范化治疗也已公布，但胶质瘤预后仍未有大的改善。随着现代医学技术的发展，各种综合治疗手段的应用，为改善患者的预后提供了可能，全文对脑胶质瘤综合治疗中放疗的优化应用作一综述。 |

| Abstract: Glioma treatment has been a major problem in clinical medicine，and single treatment can not obtain satisfactory effect. Despite the development of radiotherapy technology has reached a high level，even its standardized treatment has been published，but prognosis glioma for still didn′t get a great improvement. With the development of modern medical technology，various comprehensive treatments have been applied，and it becomes possible to improve the patient′s prognosis. This article summarized optimized radiotherapy application in the comprehensive treatment for glioma. |
