| 摘 要：［目的］ 探讨子宫交界性平滑肌瘤患者行经腹子宫肌瘤剔除术的预后情况。［方法］ 对27例经腹子宫肌瘤剔除术后，病理证实为子宫交界性平滑肌瘤的患者进行随访，分析该术式的治疗效果。［结果］ 子宫交界性平滑肌瘤经腹剔除术的患者中，大部分症状消失或明显减轻。27例患者中5例复发。5例复发患者均再次手术，病理结果仍为子宫交界性平滑肌瘤，术后随访未发现复发。［结论］ 子宫交界性平滑肌瘤经腹剔除术的患者预后良好，提示对于要求保留生育功能者，可以在严密随访下行子宫肌瘤剔除术，从而保留生育功能。 |

| Abstract:［Purpose］ To investigate the prognosis of uterine borderline leiomyoma patients after hysteromyomectomy.［Methods］ Twenty-seven uterine borderline leiomyoma patients pathologically proved after hysteromyomectomy were followed up and the treatment effect was analyzed. ［Results］ Among this cohort of uterine borderline leiomyoma patients who underwent hysteromyomectomy，symptoms in most of them disappeared or obviously alleviated. Five of 27 cases recurred and underwent reoperation，and were also confirmed as uterine borderline leiomyoma by pathology， without recurrence in the follow up.［Conclusion］ The patients with uterine borderline leiomyoma after hysteromyomectomy has good prognosis. For patients desirous to preserve fertility，hysteromyomectomy is considerable with closely following up. |
